How is a dedicated desk different from coworking?
Coworking memberships use a hot desk model — you choose any available seat when you arrive. A dedicated desk is your own reserved spot that no one else uses. You can leave your monitor, supplies, and personal items set up. You also get 24/7 access instead of limited business hours.
How is a dedicated desk different from a private office?
A dedicated desk gives you a permanent personal workspace in our shared coworking area, while a private office is a fully enclosed, lockable room. No. Dedicated desks are month-to-month with no long-term commitment required. Cancel with 30 days notice.
Can I personalize my desk?
Yes — that's the point. Bring your monitor, desk lamp, photos, or whatever makes you productive. Your desk is yours, so you can set it up exactly how you like and leave everything in place.
How does 24/7 access work?
Dedicated desk members receive a digital key that provides building access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Come in early, stay late, or work weekends — the space is available whenever you need it.
How do meeting room credits work?
You receive a $50 credit each month that can be applied toward any meeting room booking. You also get 25% off standard meeting room rates, so your credits go further. Unused credits do not roll over.
Do I get mail service?
Yes. Every dedicated desk includes a mailbox with mail service. You can use FLDWRK's address as your professional business address.
