In an Impact group you will…
It’s lonely at the top… but it doesn’t have to be. Impact cohorts give you the freedom to openly examine the unique challenges of executive leadership amongst a trusted team of other top leaders who understand what you’re facing. They can speak to your experience in a way even the most supportive board members, employees, or family members cannot. Each Impact cohort is limited in size to ensure intimacy, trust, and significant participation time for each person.
Explore challenges and opportunities in a confidential, trusted community of other top leaders, and gain practical, creative strategies to advance your organization. Each gathering includes a peer-advising space that allows you to be curious, ask questions, and gain clarity in a supportive team dynamic. Before each gathering, you’ll be prompted to bring 1-3 organizational challenges or questions you’re facing (i.e. staffing, legal, financial, leadership, or other).
Engage in personal leadership development exercises led by a professional guide where you will connect with your story, discover the context you see and work out of, and understand your strengths and blind spots. This is not to expose weakness for weakness, but to give permission for you to be fully human as leaders, integrate the fullness of your lives into your work, and bring honesty around issues in order to minimize harm and empower you to discover the fullness of your leadership potential.
Because leaders often won’t allow themselves the critical space to reflect and process, a portion of the afternoon in Impact gatherings is spent in solitude engaging around a directional prompt and reflecting on what you’ve discovered. This discipline empowers you to take the necessary space you need to lead well, engage with challenges in the moment, and see tangible transformation in your work and relationships.
You shouldn’t have to separate your role from who you are, and we believe the best leaders are those who bring the fullness of who they are into their work and organizations. Impact intentionally integrates your personal story, your relationships, your work, and your leadership to develop you into the best person you can be in all areas of your life. By integrating personal and leadership development, you’ll maximize your time and resources, be more efficient, and see positive, tangible benefits within your organization, your health, and your relationships.
To close each gathering, you’ll synthesize your epiphanies and learnings into practical goals and commitments for the month, and we’ll set shared goals as a cohort around a focused theme. In between gatherings, you’ll interact with your team members for peer accountability and support, and you’ll have a check-in with your executive leadership coach to follow up on your action items and be equipped to implement learnings in your work and life.

In recent research conducted by Harvard faculty, 96% of top leaders say they are experiencing some form of burnout, and a full third of those count it as extreme. The reality is… leaders experiencing burnout can’t sustain impact.

Impact groups are peer-coaching teams designed to support and challenge you with the support, accountability, transformational leadership coaching, and organizational development you need to thrive and sustain your impact. Through Impact, leaders who are thriving will stay that way, and leaders facing challenges will be supported and equipped to flourish in all their roles.
Impact isn’t your typical one day a month CEO group. We interact more regularly to develop as leaders, address organizational challenges, and invest in the next generation of purposeful entrepreneurs.
Each month, you will gather with a cohort twice for guided peer coaching from 8am – 10:30am, meet with an executive leadership coach, and have opportunities to mentor FLDWRK members in the Pilot, Launch, and Growth stages.
Ranges from $547-$1,047/month, depending on the organization’s annual gross revenue.
